1.) How easy it is to install the deck screen system? It is very easy the panels are completely assembled with the screen installed. The panels bolt together and anchor into the deck or porch.

2.) How long does it take to install? A typical screen room (3 sided 12 wide x 12 deep x 8' high with a flat roof) takes 2 people about 2 hours.

3.) How long will the screen room last? The screen room frames can last a lifetime. The first thing most consumers notice is how heavy duty the room is. Many screen rooms are very flimsy, the deckscreen is solid as a rock. The frame is full 2" x 2" x 1/8" thick aluminum extrusion with a powder coated finish.

4.) Can I buy the materials a build the frames myself? This system is designed as a fabricated product. You can buy the panels to fit any size you require, but it will ship to you as an assembled product.

5.) How long does it take to get the screen room after I place my order? It takes about 4 weeks to ship after you place the order. The rooms are built to your specifications and sizes. When you place the order the screen room is cut to your size. The panel frames are fabricated and assembled. The next step the frames are sent to powder coating to be finished in your selected color. After powder coating the screen and roofing material are installed into the frame. The final step they are wrapped up and skidded for shipment.

6.) What is the warranty? The frames have a 20 year structural warranty against manufacturing defects. The premium screens (stainless steel and vinyl coated polyester mesh) are warranted for a period of 5 years. The warranty does not include damage caused by miss-use.
