PP - Product Presentation
We offer several models of our manual and motorized upward acting sectional overhead screen/security systems
for typical commercial overhead door applications. The screens protect product and workers from: Birds, Bees, Mosquitoes,
Flies, Blowing Debris, Rodents, Airborne Contaminants, and Unwanted Intruders.
Our 900 systems typically mount on the interior of the building in conjunction with the existing overhead door
or as a stand alone door system. Door panels are constructed of tube frames made of steel, stainless steel or aluminum
as dictated by the use and application of the end user.
Model 900 Sectional overhead security/screen door system
- Panel frame construction: Tube made of Steel, Stainless Steel or Aluminum.
- Wire mesh: Stainless steel or security mesh in sizes from 30 x 30 x .011 stainless to 1 x 1 x 10 gauge expanded
metal, or vinyl coated polyester mesh. Many mesh sizes available call for specific project application.
- Hardware: Heavy duty sectional door hardware available in galvanized and stainless steel.
- Track: standard 2 or 3 heavy duty galvanized track also available in stainless steel or aluminum.
- Torsion spring: Standard duty rating of 15,000 cycles. Counter balance assemblies available with duty ratings
of 1,000,000 cycles.
- Weather-strip: The door systems comes with a complete brush seal weather-strip package. Additional seals available.
- Maximum size: 250 wide x 250 high.
Model 910 Bi-folding security/screen door system
- Panel frame construction: Tube made of Steel, Stainless Steel or Aluminum.
- Wire mesh: Stainless steel or security mesh in sizes from 30 x 30 x .011 stainless to 1 x 1 x 10 gauge expanded
metal or vinyl coated polyester mesh. Many mesh sizes available call for specific project application.
- Hardware: Heavy duty bi-fold door hardware available in galvanized and stainless steel.
- Track: Heavy duty channel or I beam track also available in stainless steel or aluminum.
- Cycle life: Standard duty rating of 300,000 cycles with available with duty ratings of 1,000,000 cycles.
- Weather-strip: The door systems comes with a complete brush seal weather-strip package. Additional seals available.
- Maximum size: 160 wide x 160 high.
Model 920 Telescoping security/screen door system
- Panel frame construction: Tube made of Steel, Stainless Steel or Aluminum.

Model 930 Sliding security/screen door system
- Panel frame construction: Tube made of Steel, Stainless Steel or Aluminum.

metal or 13.5 ounce vinyl mesh. Many mesh sizes available call for specific project application.
- Hardware: Heavy duty sliding door hardware available in galvanized and stainless steel.
- Track: Heavy duty galvanized box track also available in stainless steel or aluminum.
- Duty Cycle: Standard duty rating of 150,000 cycles with available duty ratings of 1,000,000 cycles.

Model 940 Swinging entry security/screen door system

AI - Assembly, Installation
In most applications the screen door is designed as a secondary door system for specific purpose. Installed
model 900 doors are typically installed on the interior of an existing overhead sectional or roll up door. The
model 900 door uses the same lower track as the existing overhead door to save room or can be mounted in a continuos
lower track.
Model 910, 920, and 930 systems are designed as stand alone doors that can overlap existing door systems.
In new construction, the proper framing should be incorporated into the buildings design. Retrofit applications
may need additional support structure added to accommodate the screen door system.

900 Series Doors
- What type of facility is the door used on (food, chemical, packaging, plastic, etc.)
- How many times per day is the door used
- Width of the door opening
- Height of the door opening
- Clear space above the door opening
- Clear side room on each side of the opening
- Wall construction (mounting surface)
- What type of traffic will use the door (pedestrian, forklift, vehicles)
- Is there a specific use for the door (insect control, bird control, security, blowing debris, rodents, air
flow, etc.) please provide detail
- Do motorized doors require any specific voltage, phase, NEMA requirements, environmental options, control options
- What type of existing door is currently in use
- Are there existing bollards or track protectors

CC - Codes, Certification
Screen systems are designed to be compliant with USDA and FDA guidelines for overhead door openings.
Specific product options meet many certification codes including:
- Federal Specification standard A-A-1037B dated April 19, 1990 for type I, Class I wire fabric.
- ASTM specification standard for industrial wire cloth and screens, Designation E 437-85

Model 900 door systems are warranted for a period of five years against manufacturing defects. Motor systems
are warranted for a period of three years against manufacturing defects. Call or request copy of warranty for specific
details.
