 Acceptance of orders

Door Sales Inc.  reserves the right to reject any and or all orders. All orders are subject to acceptance by Williams Mfg. Corp.

 Cancellation of orders

All products manufactured by Door Sales Inc. are manufactured to customer's requirements. Orders are not subject to cancellation once the order has been put into production.

 Liability

Door Sales Inc.. will not be liable for loss or damage from the sale or installation of our products except as expressed in the  warranty. We shall not be liable for delay or failure of delivery in the performance of any agreement. Orders are accepted subject to fire, flood, strike, war, riot and other acts of humanity and nature beyond our control.

 Limited Warranty

All materials are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for the period of one year. Screen defects are based on United States Government tolerances for fiberglass screen. Model 500 & 600 pulley assembly warranted for 10 years against manufacturing defects. 700 – 740 motors warranted for a period of 3 years.

 Door Sales Inc. obligation assumed under this warrant is limited to making repair or replacement of any authorized materiel returned to us at our facility. No charge for labor required to repair or replace defective goods, and no other expense or cost occasioned by defective materials and workmanship will be allowed, the measure of any damages being the price of the defective article or part to be replaced.

 Shortage & Returns

Shortage claims must be made within 45 days after the date of shipment. No material is to be returned without a written authorization form and issued from Door Sales Inc.

 Transportation

Door Sales Inc. does not accept responsibility for losses or damage in transportation except for shipments in our own trucks. Products are shipped FOB our plant in Anderson, IN. Damage or shortage that occurs during the transportation should be noted and claimed to the trucking carrier. Boxes that are mutilated or severely damaged in transit should be rejected.

 Government Requirements

The Bug Buster, DeckScreen and other products manufactured by Door Sales Inc. are manufactured to the specifications of Door Sales Inc. No guarantee is made that our products or equipment will meet the specification of any local, municipal, state or government body, ordinances, laws, codes or regulations.

 Taxes

Any taxes, duties or other governmental charges in force, or hereinafter enacted by federal, sate or municipal authorities which Door Sales Inc. may be required to pay or collect with the respect to the sale shall be for the account of the buyer. All sales made to dealers in the State of Indiana must have a tax-exempt re-seller certificate on file with Door Sales Inc..
