Model 705 for residential garage door and porch applications only, for commercial applications use model 730 series. Model 705 used in a commercial application will void all warranties. 

 Specifications: Model 705 rolling motorized screen door systems between jamb under lintel mount to the exterior garage wall.  The system comes complete with internal tube motor, 1814 fiberglass screen mesh, hood covers, quick wire control box, aluminum track, drop down weather-strip flap.
